Delivery Information

Our Durabel furniture range is delivered flat-packed. If you have any issues assembling furniture please get in touch with us and we would be happy to help.

We use DPD Couriers to deliver our products nationwide. Once your order is dispatched we will provide you the shipment tracking information.

In stock items are usually delivered within one week. Non stock items may take up to 4 weeks. We will contact you regarding the lead-times of non stock items.

Return & Refund Policy of

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 7 days. You must return the goods to us in original condition and packaging at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Cleverkids will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

It is the customers responsibility to advise us of non-delivery.

Goods that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 3 days of the recorded delivery date.

If goods delivered are faulty or we have delivered the incorrect product, we agree to accept return of goods without charge. When goods have been incorrectly ordered the cost of return falls to the customer
