The Evacuation Trolley and Cot are an important new
concept in assisting the professional evacuation of babies in an emergency.
Best practice emergency procedures require that rapid evacuation be carried out
in a once only operation, with no re-entry into the building. The required
supervision ratio in the baby room of 1 to 3 makes this procedure difficult to
co-ordinate effectively.
The Evacuation Trolley and
Cot allows up to six babies to be evacuated and held safely under the control
of two nursery nurses, whilst any emergency is dealt with.

industrial castors with high tenacity fire retardant PVC and mesh fabric.

The Evacuation Trolley has
three compartments to separate older children from young babies and folds for
easy storage. It comes supplied with Velcro straps to secure it against the
wall.

The Evacuation Cot is
designed to be used for both the evacuation procedure and as a heavy duty cot.
It is constructed to the same rugged quality as the very successful Evacuation
Trolley and has the added advantage of doubling as a cot, requiring no storage.
It can also be folded against a wall.
